What a Session Looks Like
Fully Clothed Comfort: You will remain fully clothed, so please wear loose, comfortable clothing (yoga wear/sweats recommended).
Relaxed Setting: You will lie on a comfortable massage table (supported by bolsters) while I use a light, hands-on touch—typically no more than the weight of a nickel—to evaluate and release restrictions in your system.
Quiet & Stillness: Often described as a "physically connected meditation," sessions allow you to enter a deeply relaxing or meditative state. You might feel a sense of warmth, subtle "unwinding" or floating sensations, or deep sleep.
Gentle Techniques: I will use gentle holds on your head, spine, or feet to release tension in the membranes and tissues surrounding your central nervous system.
